Firm and office

FORM. is a partnership (maatschap) formed under Dutch law by Loes Mensink and Marloes Zaman through their practice entities (LSB Legal B.V. and Mazalex B.V.). Its office is at Pieter Cornelisz. Hooftstraat 7, 1071 BL Amsterdam, the Netherlands. FORM. is registered in the Dutch Commercial Register under KvK number 42170712. FORM. is registered as a law firm with the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and is subject to the professional rules applicable to Dutch lawyers. All assignments are accepted by FORM., rather than an individual lawyer, partner or practice entity.

General terms

FORM.’s General Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by FORM. and form part of every engagement, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Register of legal practice areas

Loes Mensink and Marloes Zaman are each registered in the Netherlands Bar’s Register of Legal Practice Areas (rechtsgebiedenregister) for corporate law (ondernemingsrecht). Based on these registrations, each is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in this registered principal legal practice area, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.

Complaints

FORM.’s Complaints Procedure applies to all services provided by its lawyers. It explains how a complaint may be raised and how FORM. will handle it.

Professional indemnity insurance

Details of FORM.’s professional liability insurance will be published here in due course and may be obtained on request.

Client funds

FORM. does not receive third-party funds and is therefore exempt from the requirement to maintain a Stichting Derdengelden. FORM. cannot receive or hold third-party funds on behalf of clients.

FORM. processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
